Do you offer tours of your homes? I'm sorry but we no longer offer tours of the homes. We are very particular with the way that the house is cleaned and presented for the next incoming guests. We have done tours in the past when availability allowed us to and have had groups go through the homes with wet feet messing up the polished floors and leaving hand prints on the glass doors along with bouncing on the beds to "test them". This left whomever did the tours to clean and restage the home to my standards for the next incoming guests. It was sensible to discontinue the tours. We offer over 50 current pictures of each of our homes on their particular page. I have not seen any rental site offer so many pictures of the homes represented. You can preview the "picture pages" and feel confident that this is exactly what you are getting.
What makes your rental homes a "Great Value"? Well, many things, but to condense it I would have to say: LOCATION - LOCATION - LOCATION, Amenities, and Property Value. If you read the amenity details & descriptions of our homes you will see that we load them up with everything that you will need and also include QUALITY items that you would never expect in a Vacation Rental. Property Value is another huge factor - our homes have an average recently appraised market value of just under $1 million each (The 1221 recently appraised over $1.6 million). We consider our homes a "Great Value" because when you shop around you'll find so many other Vacation Rentals that are in poor locations, non waterfront lots, skimp on the amenities, are 1/3 of the Market Value and rent for more than we do - It's simple, we strive to offer the most for the money providing you a "GREAT VALUE".
Is the Neighborhood SAFE? Yes! We are located in an upscale neighborhoods in a premium area centrally located on the east side of Fort Lauderdale! The 2333, 2425, 2224 & 2306 homes are located within the same neighborhood just off the intersection of Route 1 and NE 26th Street. The 2801 & 1221 homes are located in Coral Ridge Estates just off the beach and Intracoastal Waterway, smack between the Galleria Mall & Coral Ridge Mall. The neighborhoods are very quiet and 3 of the homes are located on dead end streets. The homes in these neighborhoods range from $500,000 to over $10 million dollars. The neighbors do a great job of watching out for each other! We are not near any of the "problematic rental districts" or in an area where you would not feel safe. There are varying qualities of neighborhoods in any large city. Don't be misled - make sure you know what type of neighborhood you are renting in when shopping for your rental!
What makes this a "Great Location"? This is a good question as Fort Lauderdale is very large and has many cities to the north and south with Vacation Homes advertised as "IN Fort Lauderdale" when they are actually located 10+ miles north or south of the "central beach area & downtown". Make sure you know the location of the home - we get phone calls all the time from travelers who have been misled on the description and location of the home they booked elsewhere and then want to book with us after they have been stuck, unfortunately it is usually too late at that time for us to accommodate you.
How far are your homes from the beach? Our homes are located 1/2 mile to just over a mile to the beach where there is beachside parking. Drive, Walk or take a Cab for about $5 (per cab).

Are you the Owner or Agent of Paradise Vacation Rentals? My name is Will Williams and I am the owner of all of these homes on this web site. I manage all of my properties and processes all of the bookings on these homes! There are some agents who advertise these homes on "their own web sites" and may add a commission to my low advertised prices. HOWEVER, by accessing this site, which you have done, you will be corresponding with me personally therefore you can be assured your receiving the best rates & service along with no games or pushy sales pitch - period!
Who do I contact if there is a problem? I have 5 people that work closely with me as my Real Estate Team. Be assured that there is always someone available in the unlikely event that there is a problem. I'm sure you noticed our efficiency upon your initial inquiry with us and that efficiency continues throughout your stay!
Do you allow large group gatherings? This is a very common question....... These homes as advertised – are single family homes located in QUIET RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOODS. With respect to our neighbors these homes are being rented to a maximum of 6 people (including children over 3 years old). *The 1221 house does allow and accommodate up to 8 guests. We do not rent houses for special functions or parties. Larger gatherings of guests visiting is at the owners discretions and MUST be pre approved in writing by Lessor on an individual basis. These homes are located in a QUIET neighborhood and is ideal for mature adults and families.
Do you have an age requirement? Yes, there is an age requirement. These homes are designed for families or mature adult groups. Another words we DO NOT rent to groups where everyone is under 25 and acceptance is at our discretion.
What is your Pet Policy? Unfortunately we do not allow pets at any of our FLORIDA properties for our short term vacation rentals. We are pet lovers. However, not all of our rotating guests and neighbors are. This allows us to provide all of our guests clean homes free from pet hair and odors. For Longer stays of 1 month or more please inquire about pet acceptance.
Do you allow smoking? Not inside any of our homes. There are ashtrays provided for those of you wishing to smoking outside.
Do you accept Credit Cards? Yes, we accept Visa and Master Card only. We DO NOT charge a processing fee or service charge as most agents do. You may also pay by certified funds in advance however your reservation will not be confirmed until the funds clear the bank.
Do you charge a Security Deposit? Yes, the normal security deposit is only $500 (very low for this business). We will put that on your card prior to your arrival as a separate hold/charge. We will refund your deposit within 5 days of your check out if there no damage.
Do you ONLY rent by the week? No, we may rent for 2 nights or longer depending on our calendar availability. We also rent for extended stays of over a week such as 10, 15, 23 days etc., and of course monthly stays or longer. Book early for more flexible dates and home selection!
What are your minimum night rentals? We may have a minimum of 4 to 5 nights depending on the time of year (see the rate chart). We only accommodate stays of 2 or 3 nights if the dates are available in between 2 booked reservations.
Do your rates change? Yes they can. The rates are subject to availability. We usually run special pricing during a slower period but as the calendar fills up the rates may increase as everything does within the travel industry. Take advantage of early booking pricing!
Do you have increased rate for Holidays & Special Event Weeks? Yes, there are a few weeks a year that the rates will be higher for those weeks and they will also increase as the calendar fills up....... book early & save!
All of your properties (except 2801 house) have boat dockage - do you rent boats? We do not rent boats or provide them with the homes as this would be a huge liability for us. We do have a boat rental company that we work with closely. Upon your confirmed booking we will gladly assist you with your boat rental needs and can get our booked guests a deep discount!!!!
