A short but heartfelt message from your English guests - Thanks so very much to you and your company for the loan of your villa 2306 during the past two weeks.  We all had a fantastic holiday in Fort Lauderdale but surprised ourselves at how much time we spent in the villa! - It was perfect for us, accommodating the needs of of the youngest and eldest members of our family!  We arrived at the villa after a 24 hour journey to find the highest possible standard of cleanliness, with ample room and facilities for us all.  The hot tub, pool and decking onto the river were beautiful, the kitchen well stocked, the pool table was exhausted by the adults and children and the laundry facilities meant we all came home with clean washing for a change!  We will be booking with you again and can't wait until next year's holiday.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for 2801!!! It was as pretty as the pictures and the LOCATION was great. We were literally less than 20 minutes from everything. The swing set was a daily routine in the morning and the afternoon for the girls...they loved it. :)  Plus the best bonus was the privacy in the neighborhood. 
 
Everything was perfect and it was a great space for the four adults and two small kids. And we did a lot of cooking and grilling, which was extremely convenient because you made sure we had everything. 
 
We will definitely recommend you to friends and family. And if we don't move down there soon, we will most definitely be calling you again. Speaking of, we are going to have a booth at the Lauderdale Boat Show in October 25-29, 2007 and there will be 6 adults (all couples) we are a little late in the game looking for lodging. We know it's a busy time of year, but thought it wouldn't hurt to ask if you had any availability at your properties. Maybe one with a hot tub that everyone has spoken about.

Renting the 2425 house from Paradise Rentals was an unexpected total pleasure. The home's setting itself along a tranquil canal made for the most peaceful cup of morning coffee you could imagine on vacation, the pool and jacuzzi were perfect, and the home itself could not have wanted for a thing, from the rich and comfortable furnishings to the smallest of necessities in the kitchen, all thought of, and there for our use.  Thank you very much Will Williams, we'll be back.

"We had a great experience at your 2333 house. You have great style. We noticed (and appreciated) all the little things, like the nice sheets, the upscale master bath and the solid appliances (BTW, the industrial strength blender was very handy for making tropical drinks). The floor plan layout is intelligently designed for groups. You can have a couple of different people staying there and not feel like you are right on top of each other all the time. It worked out perfectly for our family. We had 2 grandparents, 2 kids and 2 adults staying there. There was something for everyone. The deck was great for hanging out in the morning and in the evening. We enjoyed the quiet low key neighborhood. We especially loved the pool. I could see our visit to your place turning into an annual tradition.

WOW!  We had a fabulous time!  The rental was clean and filled with everything we needed to live comfortably and relax for the week we were there.  We loved having the pool and hot tub privately to ourselves.  The canal was so beautiful at night all lit up and the peacefulness of it all is just what we needed.  Every morning baby Iguana's would come out to sit on the boat dock and we fed them grapes.  We fed the birds and the ducks right from the boat dock.

Thank you for your prompt reply. Our stay in the property at Wilton Manor 2333 was just, for lack of better word, GREAT. The house was perfectly furnished, all equipments were in working condition, kitchen utensils, glasses etc where of higher quality than standard and the pool was great for the girls. The neighborhood was perfect, quiet and clean, all shops and supermarkets where at a minute reach by car and we were just five minutes from the beach. I have to admit that everything you mentioned on the phone was to the point. We'll definitely be in touch for next year. Thanks Again.

I wanted to let you know how much we appreciated your wonderful home.  We had 10 fantastic days and really hated to leave.  We were so impressed with not only the house and neighborhood but also all the small things that were provided in the house.  We've often visited other rentals and had to go buy a blender or some such thing.  There wasn't one thing that we wanted that wasn't available in your home, you didn't miss a thing! 

 
The bedroom suite was wonderful - I wanted to take the walk-in closet home with me.  My husband and I both agree that the bed was the most comfortable one that we've ever slept on - the 600 count sheets do really make a difference. 
 
The neighborhood was great as well!  We loved the pool and being right on waterway was an added bonus.  It was so nice to sit by the pool and relax.  We didn't rent a boat this time but plan to come back next Spring and definitely rent a boat to explore some of the waterways.  The four of us had a wonderful vacation.  The house was located close to everything that we wanted to do and see. The house was spacious and absolutely beautiful.  Again, the little things meant so much to us.  It was nice to be able to fix a margarita on a sunny afternoon and have real margarita glasses or cook on the grill.  We were so comfortable, it felt just like home!
 
Again, we can't thank you enough for your thoughtfulness in providing not just the necessities but all the little extras that made this the best vacation that we've ever had!  We'll definitely be back.

Well we are back to the grind in Chicago but what a wonderful vacation we had. First, and foremost, the house was fantastic and made our vacation special because we were able to spend our time together (which worked out good as we are a close family). The house is tastefully decorated and contains items (i.e. furniture, bed sheets, kitchen appliances) that are of high quality and not expected (but appreciated) in a rental house.  Upon arrival I was immediately impressed by the state of cleanliness. This made us feel right at home. The house is in a quiet neighborhood (too quiet) and on the water way adding to the desirability of the property. When we arrived at the home, we were pleasantly surprised and pleased.  For me, I thoroughly enjoyed the Florida Room--it was just what I wanted and I spent a lot of time there.  The home was very clean and nicely decorated.  The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed.  The back yard patio, pool, and hot tub were awesome!  And, being on the water made us feel like we were in 7th heaven!

We appreciate the professional way in which you conduct your business.  When I first inquired about the homes, I received an almost immediate response and my questions were promptly answered.  The numerous pictures you provided for each of the homes were extremely helpful to us in making our decision about the home we wanted.     You lived up to all the terms in the agreement and were very personable and helpful when we had questions or requests.  We appreciate the personal touch you provide to your guests.

I was very impressed with the house that we rented in Fort Lauderdale, the moment that we entered. The premises were clean and orderly. As we walked through the house, we noted that it was totally furnished with everything we would need. Dishes, utensils, towels, etc. The outside was well kept. The pool immaculate.

We had a three year old and a one year old who were comfortable in the house and who enjoyed toys that were in the house as well. There was also a pack n play crib and a high chair.

I was so relieved when I opened the door and saw that the house looked exactly like your photos. Beautiful, spacious and very, very clean. The house had everything you could possibly need, inside and outside. We spent a lot of time in the pool. It was so relaxing and warm, exactly how we like it!  My son, who I only see once a year, flew in from California. The house was a great place to catch up and spend quality time. Much better than staying in separate hotel rooms.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Fort Lauderdale and we were very impressed by 2306.  The boys loved the pool and from the amount of use the pool table!  The house was perfect as it allowed us to have a good base to see the Fort Lauderdale and Miami area but also allowed us time to relax and chill out -  It was great just to be able to enjoy the house which is obviously well maintained and furnished.  I look forward to visiting the area again and making use of the houses you provide.
